BHS students are hosting a Grant Bizosky memorial game for the boys' and the girls' basketball teams. The boys' game is January 23rd and the girls' game is February 2nd. If you wear a shirt to the game you can get it free!

Our students had a wonderful learning experience at the Cinnamon Tree Farm in Brimfield, IL the first week of December! During our business tour, students explored what it takes to run a Christmas tree farm—from daily operations to the various branches of the business. They also learned how the farm differentiates its services and its plans for future expansion. This field trip was a great opportunity for students to connect classroom learning with real-world entrepreneurship and see business concepts in action. A big thank-you to the Cinnamon Tree Farm for hosting us and sharing their expertise!

Brimfield High School students collected 2,160 items in this year’s Christmas Food Drive! Student Council members helped load, transport, and sort food for the Brimfield Food Pantry. Thank you for everyone’s generosity!

More students are receiving feedback from companies based on the business letters they composed in Keyboarding & Formatting class.

Our Keyboarding & Formatting students took their learning off the page by writing real business letters to companies they look up to. Today, one student opened the first reply—a personalized letter from our local Peoria Rivermen hockey team! A moment that truly brought learning to life!

Thank you Monte and Melissa at MK Snapshots for the warm treats again this year! It has been enjoyed already!!!

Mr. Zehr and Ms. Barrow and numerous staff continue to bring a little holiday cheer with them each day. Our cafeteria staff stepped up and decorated all their doors this year. And Holly Jolly volleyball kicked off today!

Today's JH Round Robin Basketball Tournament has been canceled! Enjoy that beautiful snow!

With the safety of players, cheerleaders, coaches, and families in mind, all activities and practices for Saturday, December 13, 2025 are CANCELLED. Stay safe if traveling today.

The gift back program for both the grade school and the high school will continue through Monday. If you painted an ornament during the PTO Art at the Bodega paint night ornaments are coming home. Please be sure you check backpacks to keep them safe. We have one more week of Spirit week next week Thank you to everyone who is participating. Wednesday is a 1:50 dismissal as well as Friday all students will be dismissed at 11:30. Have a great weekend!
