Just a reminder that all 9th graders are required to turn in a school physical and a dental exam form, and all seniors are required to show proof of the meningitis vaccine. All documentation is due by October 15 per ISBE. Please contact Mrs. Sumner if you have any questions.

Are you ready for some football? We are ready to host our first E/B Trojan’s home game this Friday! Safety is always the number one priority for all school events, the administration has set rules to ensure that everyone has a wonderful gameday experience! Our goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Most of our high school students participate in football, spirit squad, and/or the band. We encourage our high school students to watch the game in the bleachers near the band.
The playground is closed during games due to safety issues in the dark. This also pertains to people coming in from Morgan Street that are not attending the event.
No footballs are allowed into the game. Throwing items or playing catch is prohibited.
All spectators need to stay inside the outer fence and flagged-off areas.
JH and GS students need to have a paying adult (or with a pass) to enter the game. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our younger students. Our ticket takers will not accept money from anyone younger than a high school student trying to enter the game unaccompanied by an adult.
In the event of severe weather, announcements will be made from the press box and the teams will be sent to designated areas.
We want our students, parents, grandparents, families, community members, and fans to cheer on the Trojans and to support the cheer and band members! Please let the administration know of any issues that are affecting your ability to enjoy the game.

Mrs. Steele got BHS students a little culture building task for lunchtime, and needless to say, the kids tackled it straight away on day #1. Can't wait to see it completed and LOVE what they did with the B! #Shape309
BHS volleyball game at home on Thursday vs. Midwest Central will be at 5pm (JV) and 6pm (Varsity).
BGS will have a lockdown drill on Thursday 9/5/24 at 10:00-10:30 with Peoria County Sheriff Department. If you wish your child not participate, please let their teacher know.
Mr. Clark's Intro to Behavioral Sciences students determine manifest and latent functions of various things within US society.
Ms. Gilles' students used the old school method (white boards) to work at showing their understanding of beginning of the year algebraic concepts, one and two step equations.
Student leaders all over the - morning announcements, loading the vending machine, and setting up the school events calendar. Love when kids are the ones that take ownership of their awesome school.

Brimfield Boys takes 1st place out of 12 teams at the Stark Rebels Invite edging out Cambridge by one stroke with a 324. Nick Hainline finished 4th overall and Westin Smith finished 5th. Nicole Detmers also finished in 10th place on the girls side as well. Great job golfers!!
