Attention parents - if your student is a current 4th - 11th grader and is planning on participating in any school sports next year please fill out the 25-26 Sports Participation Agreement found in your Skyward parent portal. This form must be filled out and a current sports physical must be on file before your child can participate in any Brimfield sports program. We encourage parents to fill this out now in preparation for next year. If you have any questions please contact the school office or Mrs. Sumner. Thank you.

Dear Caterpillar families:
Please consider Brimfield Grade School as a place to donate. Caterpillar is matching the donation 10:1. This is a great opportunity. Even if you do not live in the Brimfield district but have grandchildren, friends, or family you can still donate.
What you need to know:
· Gift Minimum: The gift minimum to qualify is $25
· Maximum Match: Each participant can enter up to $500 in donations in the system and the Caterpillar Foundation will match at a 10:1.
· Once the donation meet 10 million the match is over so please donate April 21st.
· Submission Deadline: Match requests must be submitted in the Caterpillar Cares portal by May 2, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. [Note: program will close early if match total reaches $10 million USD before the deadline]
· Charities must confirm all matching gift requests in the Caterpillar Cares portal by June 30, 2025 at 11:59pm ET. The Caterpillar Foundation will then process eligible 10:1 match payments to charities by August 2025.
The last day to GUARANTEE a BHS yearbook is Monday, April 28.
