Modern World History: This is a year long course for 1 credit, which is offered every other year alternating with Ancient World History.  It is a weighted grade course that is open to students who are going into 10-12th grades. This course is considered writing intensive.


Modern World History is a continuation of Ancient World History and starts with the Renaissance and progresses through to World War II. Students will compare and contrast events in history to gain a more authentic understanding of events and how they relate to current world happenings.
