Hello, I am Amy Herron. I teach Family and Consumer Sciences here at BHS. Some of the classes that I teach include: Co-Op, Nutrition, Nutrition and Culinary Arts I and II, Child Development/Parenting, Family/Career Relationships, and Consumer Education.
I am a graduate of Illinois State University, where I completed my bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science Education and a graduate of Rockford College where I have completed my master’s degree in Education.
I am very involved at Brimfield High School as a sophomore class sponsor, assistant scholastic bowl coach and an active member of the Brimfield Teacher’s Association.
