Jeannie Blane
Welcome! I have taught at Brimfield Grade School for 14 years. I am going on my 30th year of teaching. I am currently teaching 5th grade language arts and math. I also offer a computer class to 5th graders.
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in School Administration from Western Illinois University. I am currently working on a second Master’s Degree to be qualified as a Reading Specialist.
In addition to my teaching duties, I am an assistant track coach.
I also have two children, Ben, a West Point Graduate serving in Iraq, and Elizabeth, who is planning on studying nursing. My husband, Jim, is the business teacher at the high school.
