Parents,
Miles of Smiles, Ltd. is a traveling dental group that goes to schools providing dental services to qualifying children. We have scheduled them to come to our school in the spring.
Miles of Smiles, Ltd and The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services have arranged dental service for eligible children. These services may include an exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and sealants. Licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants will come to Brimfield Grade School with portable equipment.
Your child will be bringing home the forms sometime during the week of February 8th. If you would like to take advantage of this free dental service, complete the form with all of the required information, and send it back to school with your child before the end of that week.
As the date of the clinic gets closer, we will be sending out more information. The most important thing at this time is to return the completed form to school as soon as possible to get your child on the list for dental services.
