• Dale E. Risinger, State Senator 37th District General Assembly Scholarship the scholarship is a tuition waiver for one academic year, including summer school, to any of the IL state 4-year universities. The senator will award 4 one-year scholarships to U of I applicants and 4 one-year scholarship to the other 4-year state schools.
