  • Planned Parenthood Doris Kolb and Other First Choice Scholarships  One Doris Kolb and 3 other scholarships, valued at $250 each, will be awarded to graduation seniors planning on attending a post-secondary institution.

  • Women’s Issues Network Scholarship  W.I.N. is awarding one $500 scholarship for the 2008-2009 school year to a young woman residing in a 30-mile radius of Galesburg.

  • David R. Leitch, State Representative 73rd District General Assembly Scholarship for students attending a 4-year state school during the 2008-2009 academic year.

  • Journal Star Newspaper Career Scholarship two scholarships for use toward school-related expenses: $1,000 per year for four years will be awarded to high school seniors planning to major in journalism, photojournalism, marketing, or graphic design.

        Dale E. Risinger, State Senator 37th District General Assembly Scholarship the scholarship is a tuition waiver for one academic year, including summer school, to any of the IL state 4-year universities.  The senator will award 4 one-year scholarships to U of I applicants and 4 one-year scholarship to the other 4-year state schools.
