Brimfield Boy's jr. high Basketball Wraps up Terrific Season!

The 7th grade boy’s basketball team placed 3rd in the IESA class 7 2A State Basketball Tournament! The 7th grade team defeated Springfield Blessed Sacrament in Delevan by a score of 39-32.
The 8th grade team placed 4th in the IESA class 8 2A State Basketball Tournament! The 8th grade team defeated Deterich 47-43 in the first round game that was played in Monticello.
Unfortunately, they were defeated by the eventual state champion Winchester in the next game. This is the first time two jr. high teams have placed in the state tournament in the same year! Congratulations to both teams on two terrific seasons! Coach Jones and the team would like to thank the entire student, staff and parent fans who came to support them throughout their run in the state basketball tournament.
